#2 food delivery

Because of the pandemic and the fact that modern people are getting lazy, food delivery has become so popular.
 I rarely order delivery because, in addition to shipping costs, the cost on the platform is usually higher than the in-store price, so I have to use my own feet to save money.

It can take up to 10,000 hours to learn something to the level of proficiency or even expertise, but we don't usually have that much time to divide between different things to learn.  So from not knowing to knowing, the author points out that it only takes 20 hours, which is a great thing, but it still needs to be practiced over and over again in order to become proficient.

#4 Procrastination

I think I often have procrastination, whether in terms of exams or what I want to do, as long as the time is still long before the due date, I do not want to finish it, because now the phone is too convenient, a slide down time will fly away. The solution is to restrain yourself from sliding the phone all the time, or to set a break for yourself to slide the phone.
