#2 food delivery

Because of the pandemic and the fact that modern people are getting lazy, food delivery has become so popular.
 I rarely order delivery because, in addition to shipping costs, the cost on the platform is usually higher than the in-store price, so I have to use my own feet to save money.

It can take up to 10,000 hours to learn something to the level of proficiency or even expertise, but we don't usually have that much time to divide between different things to learn.  So from not knowing to knowing, the author points out that it only takes 20 hours, which is a great thing, but it still needs to be practiced over and over again in order to become proficient.

#3 Body Language

I want to improve my paying attention and hand gesture of body language when attending an online meeting or class next time.  I should stay focused and pay attention to the lecture because if I take the class online, I usually use my computer or mobile phone, so I will be easily distracted. I don't have the habit of comparing gestures, so I need to strengthen this part.
