I want to improve my paying attention and hand gesture of body language when attending an online meeting or class next time. I should stay focused and pay attention to the lecture because if I take the class online, I usually use my computer or mobile phone, so I will be easily distracted. I don't have the habit of comparing gestures, so I need to strengthen this part.
